TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING ANY CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digi Cosmos (A Division of Healthcart Inc.) and its parent company Healthcart Inc. from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from: (a) Your failure to independently verify AI-generated content; (b) Business decisions made based on Platform outputs; (c) Third-party claims arising from your use or reliance on Platform outputs; (d) Your violation of these terms or any applicable law.

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
